MUA Undressed. The supposed dupe for the Naked palette? I have to say, the Make Up Academy team have some nerve! It is an absolute dupe, down to the cheeky name and the order of the colours! And after the legen (wait for it) dary success of the UD palette, MUA have a certain quality to live up to! And after the Heaven and Earth palette has done so well I am expecting great things for this!
And I can honestly say, I love it! Somebody has finally done a total copy of the lusted after UD Naked palette, which has a home in many make up fanatics collection...myself included! But it sets you back a hefty £36! I do think the exceptional pigmentation, staying power, luxury velvety case, smooth interior and labelling (ok, everything) of the Urban Decay makes you feel like it's worth forking out that much, but I'm so so happy that a budget version has been released for the make up lovers that haven't bought the UD, for whatever reason that may be.
So here are the pics. I think they speak for themselves, so I won't really say much else!

Against the Urban Decay Naked palette
Here's the Original Urban Decay Naked palette on its own.

Really struggled to get these to show up. Both very pale on my hand. Ok on the lids though.

Again, I found these two matt shades hard to swatch.

MUA is a very yellowy gold whereas half baked is more, well, gold. More metallic let's say.

MUA is less brown? Just a touch lighter. Still lovely but not as good a dupe as the rest!

MUA actually might be better!

I think it's a bit better! Maybe a little more pink.

R - UD Hustle
Now Hustle is my faaavourite dark shade from this palette so I was uuuber happy to discover that this is BETTER (ie. more pigmented!) than Hustle! I am unsure of how long it will last on the eye, but heck who cares. Look how deep and intense the colour is!

Again, I think the MUA shade is a lot better! More pigmented. I rarely use black shadow though as it is very harsh on my pinky freckley face!

Again, I'm seriously impressed! A lot more pigmented!
All together now, naaaa naaa naaaa na na na naaaaaa na na na naaaaaa hey juuuude... :)
All swatches had Lanacane anti-chafing gel as a primer to help it stick to my hand. I don't like to use up the 'good stuff' when doing this many swatches!! Seems like a waste.
You're also probably wondering why I bought this, seeing as I have the Naked palette? Well, I figured, it's £4. Why not. I had to see if the rumours were true for myself! And also, it will stop me hitting pan on the actual Naked palette, tres gut! :) and also, I'm really apprehensive about taking my UD places overnight with me, because I am really paranoid they are going to shatter. And that would break my little heart. So this little baby will be going everywhere with me! Eep! :D
There was only one left when I went to buy mine, otherwise I would have bought one for a give-away. :( I will keep my eyes open for one though! :)
This is a 10/10 from me! Some shades are a little poor on the swatching front (you listening 3 and 5?) but matt shades are notoriously hard to be pigmented! So I'll let you off MUA :)
Price? Fab. And I definitely didn't see this one coming from the brand at all! They took on UD and really brought out the big guns, and it's totally worked!! I am VERY impressed!
